  POTATO SOUP Here's a simple potato soup recipe: Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced 1 onion, diced 2 cloves of garlic, minced 4 cups (1 liter) of chicken or vegetable broth 1 cup (240ml) of milk or cream 2 tablespoons of butter Salt and pepper to taste Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped chives, crispy bacon bits Instructions: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP🍛 Here's a simple recipe for chicken noodle soup: Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, diced 2 carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 cups chicken broth 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried parsley Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups egg noodles Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)   1.   Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.   2.  Add chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. 3.  Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add cooked chicken and egg noodles to the pot. Reduce heat to low and simmer until noodles are cooked, about 8-10 minutes. 4.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5.  Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.   Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chicken noodle soup!
