Wood Apple Juice Wood apple juice is derived from the fruit of the wood apple tree, also known as bael or elephant apple. This tropical fruit is native to the Indian subcontinent and southeast Asia. π INGREDIENTS: - Wood Apple (1 large or 2 medium ) Water 2 cups Sugar or Jaggery Lemon juice Salt Ice Cubes Mint Leaves π’ Method of Making πBreak open the wood apple and scoop out the pulp. πSoak the pulp in water for about 20-30 minutes to soften. πMash the pulp thoroughly in the water to extract the juice πStrain the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds and fibrous parts. πAdd sugar or jaggery and stir until it dissolves completely. πAdd lemon juice and pinch of salt if desired. πServe chilled with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if preferred and taste it πππ π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬
