Faluda๐น
Faluda, also known as falooda, is a popular and refreshing dessert drink from the Indian subcontinent. It typically consists of sweet basil seeds, vermicelli noodles, rose syrup, and milk, often topped with ice cream or kulfi. This layered dessert is known for its vibrant colors and unique blend of textures, making it a delightful treat especially enjoyed during warm weather.
๐INGREDIENTS :-
- Vermicelli
- Basil seeds
- Milk
- Rose syrup
- Ice cream
- Jelly
- Nuts
- Fruits
- Sugar

ซ Fist we should soak 2 tablespoons of basil seeds in a cup of water for about 30 minutes until they swell and become gelatinous. Drain and set aside.

ซ After that boil water in a pot and ass 1/4 cup of falooda sev (vermicelli). Cook until they are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the sev under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

ซ Later take in a saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool and refrigerate until chilled.

ซ Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions, let it set, and then cut it into small cubes.

ซ Later take a tall glass and add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup to the bottom and add 2 tablespoons of the soaked basil seeds.

ซ After that add a layer of cooked vermicelli and pour in the chilled milk until the glass is about 3/4 full and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or kulfi on top.

ซ Drizzle another tablespoon of rose syrup on top and garnish with chopped nuts and fresh fruits if desired and Taste it ๐๐๐
