Ramen is a type of japanese noodels made with wheat flour.In japan , ramen is easten freshly made,not like the inexpensive packets of instant noodles which are deep-fried and full of MSG.
Ramen originated from China:the team "Ramen" may have been derived from the chinese word for pulled noodles because chinese noodles are traditionally pulled by hand.Another theory is that " ramen was derived form chinese "lo mien" which is boiled noodles tossed with sauce.
Ingredients of ramen
> Soft boiled egg
> Crunchi panco
> Scallions or chives
> Sesame seeds
> Toasted sesame oil
> Corn
> Chili oil
> Nori
> Gochujang and Kimchi
> Sriracha
> Shredded chicken or thinly sliced beef or pork.

Make your (Easy!)Broth : Add some chicken broth and dried Shiitake mushrooms for some umami punch.

Add noodles: Cook your noodles right in the broth with some scallions ( more flavor please !)

Add veg: Thiny sliced kale,shredded carrots,whatever you'd like! Cook until just tender.

Top it off: Add some crunchy panko crumbs,a soft - boiled egg, chilli oil, hot sauce,sesame oil, and/or soy sauce, whatever your heart desires.
