Rice stick noodles are noodles made with rive flour and water as the principal ingredients. Sometimes ingredients such as tapioca or corn strach are added in oder to improve the transparency or increase the gelatinous and chewy texture of the noodles.Rice noodles are most common in the cuisines of china, India and Southeast asia.They are available fresh frozen,or dried,in various shapes,thicknesses and textures.Fresh noodles are also highly perishable ; their shelf life may be just several days.

>Rice stick noodles 

>Chicken/Beef 

>Spring onion

>Carrots 

>Onions

> Coriander

> Chinese leaf cabbage 

>Garlic

>Mushrooms 


Rice stick noodles recipe 

πŸ‘‰ Step 1:
Mix chicken,cornstarch and oil in a bowl.

πŸ‘‰ Step 2:
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.Or use 3 tbsp homemade stir fry sauce+6 tbsp water.

πŸ‘‰ Step 3:
Just before cooking,soak noodles in hot water per packet directions,then drain.

πŸ‘‰ Step 4:
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

πŸ‘‰ Step 5:
Add garlic and onion,cook for 30 seconds.

πŸ‘‰ Step 6: 
Add chicken,cook for 1 minute until it changes colour from pink to white.

πŸ‘‰ Step 7:
Add carrot,choy sum stems and capsicum.Cook for 1 minute.

πŸ‘‰ Step 8:
Add mushrooms,Cook for 30 seconds.

πŸ‘‰ Step 9:
 Add noodles,choy sum leaves and sauce.Toss for 1 minute until leaves have wilted and sauce has evaporated. Don't toss for more then 1 1/2 minutes.- noodles may break.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions then serve immediately.
