SHIRATAKI NOODLES RECIPE. 

πŸ‘‰ 1 step :
Rinse : Place the Shirataki noodles in a colander and run under cool running water.This helps neutralize their flavor. 

πŸ‘‰ 2 Step :
Boil: Bring a large pot of water to a  boil.Add the noodles and boil.



πŸ‘‰ 3 Step :
Drain : Return noodles to the colander to drain.Rinse well again under running water.Pat very dry with paper towels.

πŸ‘‰ Step 4 :
Stir fry: Heat a large skillet over medium- high heat.Add noodles and stir fry until
 very dry.Remove and cover.
 

πŸ‘‰ Step 5: 
Add olive oil to the skillet over the medium heat.Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.


πŸ‘‰ Step 6 :
Bring to a simmer,then reduce heat and simmer until volume is reduce by half.

πŸ‘‰ Step 7: 
Stir in the parmesan cheese,until smooth  and thick.



πŸ‘‰ Step 8:
Add noodles back to the skillet and stir to coat in sauce. Cook until  hot.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
