 ๐Ÿœ Soba noodles 


 Soba are japanese noodles made primarily from buckweat flour, with  a small amount of wheat flour mixed in .It has an  ahen brown colour,and a slightly grainy texture. The noodles are Served either chilled with a dipping sauce,or hot in a noodles soup.They are used in a wide variety of dishes.

Ingredients of soba noodles 



>Soba noodles 
> Peanut butter
>Shrimp 
>Sesame oil
>Honey
>Warm water
>Salt
>Pepper 
>Rice wine vinegar 
>Edamame
>Soy sauce 
>Green onion
>Peanut

Soba noodles recipe 

 ๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to rapid boil.Add soba and use tongs to spread out.Cook for 150 seconds. (2 1/2 minutes)


 ๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 2  : 
Immediately drain soba and transfer to a bowl with cold water to stop the cooking .


 ๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 3:
Once soba is cooled ,drain and  transfer to a few paper towls to dry.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 4 :
Toss cooled soba with a small drizzle of sesame sauce. May be 1 teaspoon of both.



๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 5 :
Eat immediately with sesame seeds and /or scallions.
