Wood Apple Juice               

Wood apple juice is derived from the fruit of the wood apple tree, also known as bael or elephant apple. This tropical fruit is native to the Indian subcontinent and southeast Asia.



😎 INGREDIENTS: - 
  • Wood Apple (1 large or 2 medium )
  • Water 2 cups
  • Sugar or Jaggery
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Ice Cubes
  • Mint Leaves 

💢 Method of Making

💙Break open the wood apple and scoop out the pulp.

💙Soak the pulp in water for about 20-30 minutes to soften.

💙Mash the pulp thoroughly in the water to extract the juice

💙Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds and fibrous parts.

💙Add sugar or jaggery and stir until it dissolves completely.

💙Add lemon juice and pinch of salt if desired.

💙Serve chilled with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if preferred and taste it 😋😋😋
